She took the time to write extensive notes about the properties in which I was interested and clued me in to many nuances about the property locations that I never would have deduced on my own. I feel badly because I never did end up moving to Idaho and chose another location instead. She knew that I was weighing options and her time and information was invaluable to my eventual decision.
