Céntrico by Windsor Apartments

Came in for a tour and had the pleasure of meeting Lorena and Michelle and and they were absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, the building is very clean and well maintained the amenities are great and the apartments are spacious and very very nice inside, I decided to sign a lease and I’m so happy with my new home thank you Centrico. ☺️☺️☺️

I have been a resident of this building for over two years, and I have witnessed a dramatic decline in the overall living conditions and management quality. The price-to-value ratio is now extremely poor. The current director and manger have proven to be inefficient, unprofessional, and consistently dismissive of residents’ concerns. The cleanliness of the building has become unacceptable, the level of security at all access points is insufficient, and the package delivery system continues to worsen. At this stage, it is entirely possible to find better housing options at the same or even a lower price. I can no longer recommend this building to potential tenants, and It is sad because it used to be so much better.

Please don't live here!!!! The parking is crazy, people who DON'T live here come in to smoke illegal things, also guests come in or people who go to the park. They park very badly and hit your car and you can't complain because they DON'T live here. (Cars abandoned for many years) I almost got hit yesterday because they try to get in right next to you, or against you, the parking is not assigned (unless you pay more than $250 per space) On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays you will NOT find anywhere to park because many people who don't live here came in. THE MANAGEMENT does NOTHING, they just send emails. It is an unsafe place because the doors NO longer work and you don't need a key, teenagers already know this and enter the facilities and break things. They have a lot of pool parties and s

It’s 8pm and I’m seating in front of the leasing office waiting for somebody to help get to my apartment because of the keys doesn’t work, this is completely unacceptable to be dealing with keys not working in this building. The property is supposed to be luxurious yet it feels like we are in the complete opposite. The experience here thus far has been very very poor. While the office staff is nice the entire operation of this property needs a serious overhaul. It’s clear that management is lacking resources and staff to make this a positive experience. It’s such a shame because the building has nice features but if I would’ve know this I probably never would have moved here. I’m writing this review specifically to thank Ruth for her help with a complicated issue. She was consistent, attentive, and followed through every step of the way. We need more people like her! The staff overall works tirelessly to meet tenants’ needs, so no complaints there.
