Lacking a tenant for a former Bank of America property in New Providence, NJ, this group seems to think that towing 'unauthorized' cars is a good way to make friends (or a few bucks). Who would sign a lease with a group so intent on antagonizing the community?! Peace on Earth and Goodwill to All Men. All the best for 2021! May you find a tenant that never needs patrons or a variance requiring approval by your local neighbors/building department/planning board...

This company might be one of the worst examples of being a good neighbor. They brought up an old Bank of America in New Providence and then proceeded to predatorally tow cars. The bank is abandoned and the lot the cars are being towed from has been cooperatively shared by local businesses for years. Worse over, despite being informed of the rather dodgy nature of the towing company they have hired, they refuse to make any changes. The towing company regularly likes to post videos if young girls on TikTok as well as them harassing people while towing their cars. It's a rather disgusting situation and we're all very disappointed with Cyzner.

Would you want to do business with a company that associates themselves with a towing company that loves exploiting money from people? If so, this is it. Recommend you check on what 100% of New Providence residents think about them... Absolutely shameful practices around how they are NOT friendly towards the towns they hold their properties. Think twice before considering an association with them.

Would never rent or for that matter shop at properties they are affiliated with. They hired a towing company for a vacant parking lot in New Providence. This towing company proceeded to practice questionable business practices. When Cyzner was told this the response was oh well. We have a right to tow. Towing company demanded $480 in cash. Cyzner did not care!

The towing of cars visiting local businesses at their vacant property in New Providence is ridiculous and the last thing local businesses need right now. This should lead to a boycott of whatever business you rent that property to in the future.
