When I first moved in everything was great building was kept clean pool clean property clean management to care all you needs I think I'm in my third year here and it's like pulling teeth to get any kind of repairs completed, they can't keep a full-time maintenance person on staff because each one that we've talked to say is it's too much work for one maintenance person. There's a wall that separates the properties that has been torn down for 6 months and every time we ask about it, we're ignored there's also a whole in the wall in the back where the villas are that has a hole in it and it hasn't been repaired and its going on a year now. The kids and teens just walk through the torn down wall and fill the dumpsters with trash and whatever. The pool is closed for whatever reason but it

Although the place is very nice when u walk into the apartment side to your left it has dead bugs all over the floor and yellow jacket nest for elderly to get stung , when u walk into the elevator it has knats and has no type of air and also has knats.... The inside is very nice though and the pool is relaxing . The pond by the entrance has algae growing and is a nasty green color with turtles, frogs , snakes , and ducks . If u have a grandma with breathing problems or lung problems i do not recommend. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND OLD!

I Moved Here 12 Years Ago On The Very First Day Of Opening.Would Not Reside Anyplace Else On This Side Of Heaven! Very Peaceful and Immaculate Grounds. Same Day Of Any Maintenance Concerns. Beautiful Modern And Spacious Apartment Homes. .

This retirement complex is the nicest one I have ever seen. The apartments are vary spacious. They have one of the nicest pool areas around. Have a friend that lives there and I am looking maybe to relocating there. Its quiet and peaceful, just like you'd want.

Staff is extremely nice. My Mother-in-law enjoyed her stay at the apartments before she passed away. she passed. Activities, curb side trash pick-up, Tuesday & Thursday rides to the store, parties and same day maintenance. I give them a 5-star.
