Cypress Villas

Very nice and quiet place to live. The manager Rocio is very welcoming makes you feel like home. Love that I can walk my dog inside the gated community. The gym/pool/lounge areas are very well maintained by Vincent. Appreciate the quick response by management when I need something fixed in my unit. Vincent is very helpful and keeps the grounds looking great. When I first moved in Rocio had a pizza social hour and it was nice meeting other people in my complex. It’s nice being so close to multiple stores and walking distance to downtown Redlands. Would highly recommend these great apartments.

The manager that lived on sight was very rude ! I gave my 30 day notice to vacate, came home one day and my nephew found the maintenance guy going through our personal belongings. Not to mention my car was broken into !! & expensive items were stolen ! Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!

I moved cross-country to Redlands, and I signed a lease with Cypress Villas, sight unseen. It was a great choice. The gated community is quiet, safe, and has many areas to walk our dog. It also includes year-round access to a well-maintained pool, hot tub, fire pits, and outdoor grills. There are many things in walking distance, including a grocery store, UPS store, and many food options. I highly recommend this apartment community.

I lived at Cypress Villas for almost 2 years. It was one of my most enjoyable, living experiences. With the gated entrance, I always felt safe. You can walk to almost everything in Redlands. The entire property is always clean and well-kept. The front desk was always prompt, kind, and professional. If I had a complaint, they handled it, if I needed a repair - it was done quickly. Recently when my sister mailed a package to that address after I hadn’t lived there for three years, Jennifer made the effort to contact the tenant living in my old apartment, and managed to rescue it for me. This place is exceptional.
