I lived here from August 2019 to June 2020. It was the perfect place to live as a graduate student—quiet, quaint, and well-priced! Everything I needed was close by, along with a bus stop practically right outside of my door to take me to class. When I had to move out of Gainesville upon graduation, this was the first apartment I ever left feeling sad, instead of relieved. Maddy and her team are THE best around!
Cypress Villas is such a hidden gem! When I walked in I fell in love with the flooring and total design! The 2 bedroom is so spacious and has a great layout! Maddy was so nice on our tour and I am so excited to be moving here!
Very Clean and well kept. Management very nice and so helpful. Love that we have Bus stops right in front of the complex for my commute to class.
Everything went well with my move. I have no complaints
Cydnee is really helpful and personable. They are willing to work with you and provide assistance when needed. 5 stars!
