Lived there for two years dryer did not work at all ,raccoons are everywhere in the hallways also by the dumpster at 6pm you will be scared to throw your trash away because all the raccoons.also the maintenance man stole my belt and shirt and iPhone nobody comes to my house but maintenance, spider webs are all in the hallways also raccoon feces, when I moved out they took pictures of everything and charge me 800 dollars for the carpet and also charged me an extra month because I didn’t tell them two months in advance.the pool area is full of raccoons but the apartment and balcony are very spacious but appliances are old especially bathroom and mold is everywhere they office called me and said I can’t turn my a/c because mold will grow .theres never no hot water it only gets warm cold and m

This is a great place to live. Zack in the front office is great. Easy access to the turnpike and the maintenance team is onsite and quick! No complaints

The units are very nice. Maintenance is awesome. I have had to call them about 5 times since I moved in because things needed to be fixed which I was ok with like plumbing, the washer a few times, shower rod. Leasing office is horrible. They give A LOT of miscommunication. I just moved in 2 weeks ago and my lease already went up. You would think because their was a lot of work that is still being done that they would accommodate something. They are charging me additional for there rental insurance when I give them my rental insurance and everything. They said they have to charge me more and I got the EXACT rental insurance they required. So if you are going to move here, just expect your rent to be completely different every month because it goes up unfortunately.

Save your money. Seriously! This place is very discriminating. Zach literally told me that someone with no job would have better chances than someone who just started a job that hasn’t been employed more than two months. I helped my daughter and her boyfriend apply here. Boyfriend was getting paid by cash which was just one of the options of pay and at the time of hire cash wasn’t an issue but Zach said it needed to be by a company check. So we mentioned that we could switch to a company check because it was one of the pay options and he then said “it still wouldn’t matter” because it hadn’t been two months. Then proceeded to say that if the letter was an offer letter, it would have been more sufficient. How does someone with no job have more chances of approval vs someone already working?

This condominium is a huge scam. You go to the website and see what you need to rent. You pay the fees, and after everything is paid, they deny it, saying that the document sent is not accepted when the website says it is accepted! In short, they rip you off and you lose the money you invested! That's why it's full of empty apartments.There should be an option for fewer stars because one star is too much for this condominium.
