Cypress will set you up for failure and will abandon you when they’ve done wrong. I was assigned Allison as my licensed DRE property manager. After finding a prospective tenant for renting my home, she and Cypress property management took it upon themselves to allow that prospective tenant to move in their things before anything was signed on paper for a rental agreement. A total of 13 packages and a whole new fridge was placed on my premises with no communication of this. About a week later, even more big boxes showed up at my property. Allison asked for my door passcode for staff to allow measurements for a fridge. Never did they tell us that a new fridge would be in the home. This is obviously a big liability concern. We recently moved into a new rental home managed by Cypress Property Management, and our experience so far has been very positive. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, and the home was clean, well-maintained, and ready upon arrival. Cypress Property Management has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions we’ve had during the transition were addressed promptly, which made the move-in process much less stressful. Overall, we are happy with our decision and look forward to continuing our tenancy with Cypress Property Management. This is by far the most unprofessional and ineffective property management company I have ever dealt with. There is only one person who claim to be the point of contact, but every time I speak with him, he has no idea what is going on. We have been requesting a fence replacement with our neighbor for over 2 years. Now the fence has completely collapsed and still nothing has been Done. 3 fencing guys has submitted quotes, W9 and followed every request, yet the management keeps delaying and avoiding any real action. Their communication is terrible, there is zero accountability and they cannot even handle basic repair. If this is how they struggle to handle maintenance, how can you trust them to handle eviction....I would strongly warn others to stay away.

If I had to describe my experience with the staff I’d say unprofessional, passive aggressive, lacking effective communication skills. When I asked about the dead bugs in my light fixtures piss stains in my toilet upon move in they said 🤷‍♂️ whoopsie (I’m sure I’ll get charged a cleaning fee when I move out) Told me they’d send a contractor to remove all the moldy carpet when I called him he said wait what? I thought it was just a broken tile 😂 Offered to break my lease inside of the first month rather than admit fault and just fix everything A shame Fresno housing is so abysmal a company like this has managed to stay in business womp womp :/
