Cypress Pointe

I have had nothing but issues since moving into this complex last year. Nearly 30 maintenance requests between the 2 units I have been in and severe pest control issues. The maintenance team knowingly replaced my refrigerator with one from another apartment infested with roaches (I have written proof of this from an employee). I thought transferring to an upgraded unit would improve the quality of life here, but I was mistaken. I’ve emailed the office multiple times and get no response. Unless you’re desperate and on the verge of homelessness, I would not recommend this apartment complex.

Cypress Pointe is absolutely amazing! The community is beautiful, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the staff (Ms. Toni) goes above and beyond every single day. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and extremely reliable. It’s quiet, safe, and truly feels like home. I couldn’t be happier living here—highly recommend! Thanks Ms. Toni for your selfless support.

I toured this community couple weeks ago with Toni and was very impressed. The property speaks for itself but Toni really sold us on it. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and she made us feel confident in our decision to rent here once our current lease is up. The amenities here look so nice and the upgrades make you feel like it's all brand new!

Been here several years. Love it! Little dated but they are fixing that now. Office staff is wonderful. Bianca is the best. Very helpful. Goes out of her way whenever I need her to. Couldn't ask for a better person to work for you. Plan on being here for several more years .
