I toured the apartment and initially had a great experience. The unit looked nice and everything seemed to be in order. I made it clear from the beginning that I needed to move in within a week, and I was told the application process would not take long. I submitted my application on Saturday and hadn’t heard anything by Tuesday, so I called for an update. I was told they would take a look at it, but I never received a follow-up call. When I called again on Thursday, I was informed that my application had been approved but still needed to be reviewed by a manager. Then on Friday — the day I was expecting to move in — I was asked to provide bank statements, even though I had already submitted my check stubs and had been told the application was approved. I recently had the opportunity to tour the property with your leasing consultant, Miss Jordan, and wanted to share my positive experience. Jordan provided me with an impromptu tour, beginning with the base model. When I mentioned how much I liked the updated features of the apartment, she let me know that an even more updated option was available and took the time to show me an upstairs two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout—which I absolutely loved. Throughout the tour, Jordan was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and she consistently provided clear and thorough answers to all of my questions. When I began my search for an apartment for when my house sold, I found this complex to be very well managed and Larry, my leasing agent was very helpful in answering my questions and staying in contact with me about what would be coming available. My daughter has 2 friends who live here and spoke very highly of the complex and management. It is very well maintained and I believe this has been the right choice for me and I looked at many complexes. I have felt very safe here and very happy with my decision!

I have loved staying here! The property is always well maintained and clean. It’s a quiet complex, that feels more like a neighborhood. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and up to date with appliances and a washer and dryer. It’s so easy to call this place home!
