Cypress Landing

I just love the management team at Cypress Landing they were so alsome. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere to where you feel very comfortable. Lillian Childers went above and beyond to assist me with the application process and did a wonderful job. Even the maintenance management and workers running around going above and beyond to assist the residents. That was a plus for me, the whole management team are phenomenal just a great team to want to work with.

Monique, the new property manger is wonderful. I used to live at this community several years ago and stopped by to ask some questions for a friend looking for a place. She provided great customer and was very prossional. If you're looking for a great place to call home stop here you won't be disappointed.

I just want to put a big spotlight on the new maintenance guy Derrell Brown! I was over visiting my sister the other day, and he came to fix something in her apartment. Mind you my sister has been there for a few years now and she has always had problems getting things fixed in a timely manner and properly.I was very impressed on how he provided education on how she could prevent and maintain her issue. He shows he takes his job very serious and although he enjoys fixing things he also enjoys helping residents be more independent in the care of their home. Hiring Derrell was the best thing this community has done in a long time.Thank you Derrell!

Please let me know, how am I ever going to see this damn apartment if NOBODY reaches out when I schedule a video tour?! Yall don’t have tours during the weekend which is unfortunate for those who work 9-6 during week days. And yet I have requested a video tour several times. Have called the number listed several times for the same thing. Nobody is able to reach the actual in person office and I never get reached out for my video tour. I’m genuinely upset

If I could give it zero stars I would. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TO LIVE WITH ROACH INFESTATIONS AND UNCONTROLLABLE MOLD. The manager Sheila is the nastiest most unprofessional person I have ever met. Sheila does nothing but harass people for rent money when rent is caught up so they can pocket it. I have reached out to the owners and nothing is getting done. Save yourself the time, Money and the DISGUST!
