Cypress Lakes Apartments

Dropping my rating after a year living here. Pros: Beautiful apartments, quiet area even with plenty of families and kids. Cons: Most of the management mysteriously vanished, the head management quit, there is only ONE person handling all management. There are only TWO maintenance men for the entire property, only one of which is certified to handle AC issues. It takes DAYS if not WEEKS to get something fixed, and even then it's usually a shoddy job and not done professionally. Constant calls to management results in apologies and promises for maintenance to come, but they never do the first time. The pool wasn't even opened until AUGUST. RIGHT BEFORE THE KIDS WENT BACK TO SCHOOL. So that means no one had access to the pool ALL SUMMER and it's still not maintained very well because there

Been living here for 7 months, and the Managment has been swapped 4 times. The Manager who signed us in to move was fired the very next day. I've had countless issues with the office on repairs not being done, and mostly resorted to just fixing things myself to safe myself the headache. I had one attempted break in about three months into living here, and that person was met by my firearm. The person tried to kick my door down twice, and fled when he heard me rack my slide. I know have a half inch gap on the top of my door that is exposed to the elements, and they have refused to fix it. Each time I request they give me an excuse, and never repair it. Overall we are doubtful we will stay longer than our year lease. They just upped our rent, and are now charging for water on top of it.

I recently checked out this apartment complex and unfortunately, it was a nightmare. Despite the place looking nice in the past, it's now rundown and dirty, with garbage littering the premises. The rent keeps going up, but the quality of the place seems to be going down, which is never a good sign. To make matters worse, I witnessed random children wandering around, including a little two-year-old who was walking by herself! Thankfully, some older kids came to retrieve her, but the whole situation was sketchy and concerning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment complex as a safe or suitable living option. It's clear that the safety and well-being of residents are not a priority here.

Avoid! These apartments are overpriced and have too many issues. One resident had birds in her apartment and the property refused to do anything. My neighbor doesn't have air and property has done nothing to remedy it. They've been without air for weeks. Also multiple residents have complained of sketchy activity when it comes to the balance due. Not sure where the money is going but somebody is dragging this property down very quick

If I could give a zero i would! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone! It's horrible management and always with an attitude, you pay trash fees, but trash overflows all the time. I've stayed here going on 4 years and we have had like 10 to 12 different people in the office. I can't wait to move from here in August. I have had an maintenance order in since January and the problem still haven't been fixed! Please don't waste your money moving over here.
