We just closed on our home at Cypress Hammock and had such a great, seamless experience. From the start of visiting the community, our sales consultant Layla was very helpful and informative with making sure we understood the process and showed us homes that fit our budget and needs. When we decided to pursue a home and move into contract, our construction managers Sarah and Jose were so helpful at ensuring any defects/minor issues were corrected before closing and explained any nuances or concerns we had with the home in great detail. I would highly recommend Cypress Hammock and working with Layla, Sarah, and Jose on your home!

I used Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance in the purchase of my new Pulte constructed home. It was a great, quick and easy experience. All parties were extremely responsive and friendly. I have family members who are also in the process of purchasing homes with other builders and sellers who are having a much longer and difficult time moving into their home. Cypress Hammock is a decent location surrounded by conservation areas. Looking forward to spending my time here.

Pulte did such a poor job with the construction of my home creating delays. The construction manager tried his best to fix things but there were endless things wrong that not everything has been fixed. I was given a number to the warranty manager Javier, but he has never answered the phone. Within the first week of moving in sewage water with feces started coming up from the drains. Our pipes were clogged and the plumber said it was from construction workers flushing down tape. Luckily it was covered under warranty and I would say Pulte emergency number did help get the issue fixed. After moving in and living in the house for a few days, my family can really start seeing all the errors in the house. I give 2 stars because I would say I am 40% happy with the house.
