Cypress Hammock by Landsea Homes

We are quite disappointed with the warranty service they supposedly offer for the first year. We have repeatedly contacted Mr. Jacob, who is supposedly in charge of said service, and have received no response from him. He promised to let us know about some spare parts, but he never responded. We are almost up to the year mark, and it seems we won't be receiving them. Terrible customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Cypress Hammock with Zinnia Ortiz from Landsea Homes, and I couldn't be more impressed. Do not purchase from Land Sea Homes. This company (formerly Hanover Family Builders) does not stand by their warranty for the big stuff. Like doors not leaking. I purchased a home in December 2020 and immediately reported a leaking patio sliding door. They sent out a representative and said the door was missing crucial components. 16 months later, they still have not fixed the issue. Other neighbors all have the same problem. Some have been fixed, some not. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and avoid Land Sea Homes at all costs. There are plenty of other more reputable builders out there. Update - After showing the proof of my complaints within the warranty they still refuse to fix the issue. They are liars who do not stand by their work. Location is decent but Poinciana Blvd traffic can be a hassle at times. The entrance/exit can be quite dangerous and I have seen multiple accidents. The neighbors and people that live in the community seem very nice and friendly. The cars parked all over the street are a nuisance but it's allowed here. The quality of the homes is not the greatest. Before you sign anything make sure things are fixed right or else you might have a problem getting it repaired later on. I am a renter and would never buy here. I've dealt with many different builders and I at least got a response when trying to get something fixed. I shop around with many other builders and none of them gave prices like this. Landsea had my Home ready didnt have to wait to build it and we did the closing in 30 days. - 5 star for location location location. This community is 15 minutes away from Disney. cant be that . -5 star Quality Homes build and great value for your money. -10 stars to my Realtor Kimberly and Her wonderful service. i bought two houses with Her.
