Cypress Garden Apartments

Nice and clean little quiet community. Decent rent prices. Swimming pool is beautiful and clean. Management is very polite and considerate and doesn't harass tenants.

When I moved in the told me they would be adding a hot tub and putting in a secured gate. Two years later none of that has happened and they have increased my rent twice. The balconies are a complete safety risk with rotting wood, yet they have ignored my requests for repair for two years. The laundry facility is absolutely filthy and has no air conditioning. The parking lot is filled with homeless people at night looking through the garbages. This complex is in no way worth the price, and the management will increase your rent to make "imporvements" on things that nobody asked for when other improvements are much needed.

I love the apartment and the prompt attention from maintenance. I planned on living here long term. My problem is the huge cockroaches running around free outside. Most apartments know how to control pest but not these. There are like 20-40 big giant roaches running around every night. It's embarrassing if my family visits and I have to be careful in sandals because they can run up my feet. It's horrible. Sometimes they sneak in my apartment. Every morning there are big dead roaches in front of my door. It's driving me insane. I hate roaches. I wish they can use the right spray to get rid of them. I think alot of the problem is the storage shed because I see them running in and out of it at night.

Reasonable rents. No substance problems in complex. Quiet but not restrictive. Vaunted ceilings fireplaces. Great manager named Sue. A real sweetheart of a lady. Oh and a pool of course !! Check these apts out you'll love them too!

Horrible. Unfortunately lived here for two years. They said they would fix the gate when we first moved in and it's still broken. My car got broken into twice. The manager jacked up my rent twice in one year after our one year lease was up. The neighbor on the corner is always going around asking for money and drugs. Stay away from this place.
