Cypress Flats

It's an older property so it has its share of issues naturally but it was very well maintained and good for it's age, but the management was amazing. They were always understanding and willing to work with us when problems came up. Maintenance was ok, though I hear they have new maintenance guys now and they're really good. All in all, it's a good place for the price and best of all it's all bills included in the rent.

I NEVER write reviews but I’m genuinely appalled by the lack of professionalism at this complex. My boyfriend and I were looking for our first apartment. He’s from out of state and works in construction/homebuilding, so he knows what to look for. We set an appointment 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE to tour one of their studio units. They showed us the apartment on time HOWEVER, the condition of the unit was absolutely unacceptable. This place is entirely infested with roaches, i counted a minimum of 20 roaches. They were everywhere: inside the cabinets, around the sink, large ones, small ones, every kind imaginable. It was genuinely disturbing. The unit itself was in serious disrepair. Do not live here. We have had a broken dishwasher for 6 months, a toilet im always fixing, and a bathtub thats coming apart. We've contacted the office multiple times and they always say it'll be fixed in a few days, never was. They tried evicting us, after we were a few days late on rent. Never and I mean never chose this place to live. Cheap yea, but they like to try to break contracts

During the initial process, I dealt with Monique. She was awesome. She made making the decision to move here very easy. Once I moved in, I started interacting a lot with Megan. In my close to 40 years of apartment living, I have never come across anyone that was as wonderful as Megan. I've had to deal with a number of issues since moving in. Megan (and Monique) are always available to help me. If I am told that something would be done (both what would be done and when), that's how it happened. Every phone call, text and email has been answered in a very timely manner. If either promised a specific action (like a follow up call), it happened. Worst management ever, office is never open. You can’t reach them by phone, nor their management corporate office Capstone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
