Cypress Crest Apartments

These apartements are ant infested. They only provide the WHOLE complex with THREE visitors spots. One has been taken by a green acura for the past year. Its still there , and the other two are always filled with current tenants. The yellow lines on the parking lots are faded , so sometimes cars will park over youre spot. On top of that, There is no apartment manager ever, in this location.

Management and apartments needs a lot more work but Christian has helped improve our maintenance issues we’ve had to deal with for years. He listens to our needs and actually takes action

The apartments are now under new management and she is doing GREAT! She is starting to get maintenance done in the apartments that have needed to be done for awhile now. And the property is starting to look a lot cleaner there is no garbage laying around like before. The parking situation is becoming better now with tenant stickers are being provided and the visitor spots are available now unlike before. The garbage areas are cleaner now. She is ALWAYS more then available for the tenants when they need something or if they have any questions.. I have actually noticed that she is working and in the office after hours and on her days off... And she is taking care of things that previous management never took care of. I think that she is doing a good job and trying to get the complex cle

Convenient location not far from Pacific Hwy and Main Street. The #12 and #94 bus stops are less than a block away. Neighbors are friendly and the environment is non-intrusive. Manager is readily available and is always seeking to improve the complex and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
