[1 bedroom/1 bathroom]$2500. Rent is debatable as it’s most likely based on being next to the highway. You can also walk the trails nearby, are close to gas stations, and maintenance does there job well when you have issue inside your apartment. But prices go up every single year, and some of the qualities does not. The parking situation is ridiculous — people take the reserved spot I pay for every month sometimes so it’s frustrating. On top of that, some people here have big boy toys like motorcycles covering parking for them daily, like they own it when it’s not an assigned parking? Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors depending who you live next to. The pool and gym look nice, but there are issues too. I’ve literally seen teenagers smoking marijuana in the pool area, even after hou

I moved in to Cypress Creek after moving back to Salinas. I enjoyed how easy it was to move in as I was stressing with finding an a place when moving back to my hometown. I was highly disappointed during my move in, the place did not look even close to their model apartment. The kitchen cabinet looked horrible, and were falling off their hinges. But worst of all the walls were paper thin! My first night stay, I heard my neighbors screaming and yearling at each other, you can hear everything clearly! The Domestic Violence continued throughout my stay here. If you’re ok with hearing your neighbors screaming at each other or your neighbors TV blasting all night, then this is the place for you. Domestic violence, tweakers, and homeless were common in the apartment complex. I brought these c

I’m sharing my experience living here, I can’t speak for anyone else but I’ll share my experience & hopefully give insight to anyone considering renting here. The Good: convenient location, in unit washer & dryer, nice pool & nice small fitness center, yard work is always kept up & maintenance is good. The Bad: my unit is right in front of Casentini St, street is loud and very active with homeless people who often trespass into the apartment to dig into the dumpsters & drink presumably adult beverages (based off the beer cans they leave behind). The past 10 months I’ve been here I’ve seen heavy police presence in the area at least 5-6 times with the street closing down (cause for concern over your safety?) One of my neighbors apartment got broken into by a homeless person & after complai

If I could give them half a star I would I lived here for a year and when I moved in December 1 of 2025 they told me they would send my security deposit in the mail. I waited until January first and I gave the office to see how much longer would I have to wait to receive my security deposit, the lady in the office told me to give them once week more and I should receive it. That week came and I received nothing , I emailed back and called to let them know that I never received it and they told me upper management would call me back in a day or two cause they don’t know what happen. I didn’t not receive a call back or an email I myself had to call back again and let them know what’s going on and they told me the same thing upper management would call me back and I told them you guys told m

This place is dog friendly and has green areas for my fur babies. They recently renovated they gym area and the clubhouse. I like how the clubhouse looks now. The management staff is nice. Please do have in consideration that they take lunch and are non responsive during that time. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a hold on them but I do appreciate that they are open on the weekends. The staff provides constant updates on their holidays and closing days. Overall, it is a nice area to start your journey around Salinas since it is close to the highways and main avenues.
