Cypress Cove Apartments Wilmington

I have never been so rudely treated by the employees and the management company for many other company I’ve ever dealt with. I should’ve looked and listened to the reviews. People believe me all these reviews about the staff and their manager of a company are true. They asked me for my drivers license, Social Security card purchase certificate one is that my checking account and savings account number to see how much money was in my account. i’d stay far away from these people the apartment I went to you could see cockroaches inside of a part of the wall deteriorating no thank you stay away

i been living here a couple of months i mean its big and have and space but its not a safe area to me

I don't know about these apts I only delivered furniture out there. But by judging what I did see the apt has very strict rules. And, they just don't let anyone move in. They ✔️ your reference's. So, what you put on paper better be the truth.

Very ruled very disrespectful people in that office nothing like it use to be when they first open.they won't count your child support and alimony as income. They be in that office doors lock all Day till time to close they laugh and play with people life. You give them paperwork in the drop box they always say they didn't get your paperwork in time. They take you to court and kick you out. They don't give you your move out later till the day before you got to move out. Never will live here again . Bad place I ever live at trash never no dog bag gym never open.i pray for this place they starting to only want welfare people. They toke my rent money and still kick me out.
