Cynthia was by far the best realtor we have used in our many home purchases and sales. We needed to sell my father's house because of health issues and we were located out of state. The home was under contract just days after it was listed and closed in 30 days. Her team did a fabulous job managing the paperwork and we closed the sale remotely.
