CYC Realty Management Inc

Pictures attached are of CYC "managed" property, but as you can see they are not very good at managing anything. I have been told weeds are okay even if they completely over take the lawn, as well as spreading onto neighbors lawns, as long as they are cut every once in a while. Will update pictures throughout the year as these properties have been neglected for years and years. If you are of the low end clientele looking for a low end janky place to live, CYC might be the property management company for you. Other reviews and rating are concerning. This company should be investigated.

Slum lords at their finest. Will say they hand over a clean apartment yet will do nothing. That filter is from move in so if they can’t check the filter which they are required to replace no they not checking or cleaning anything. They Cheap out on fixes and takes days to get back to you about fixes if they ever do get back to you. The app they have you use never works. Look at the 7 open issues I had and 0 got solved. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived and I understand why the people living in the building are the way they are. Any building allowing this company to run their stuff are slum lords. April 9, 2025 Update CYC signed a contract on behalf of the association in Dec. 2024 for a boiler after CYC reviewed the condo docs and stated it's an association problem and financial expense. Now CYC is stating I have to pay $11K. It's retaliatory and clearly a failure to do their due diligence. CYC is sexist, disorganized, and demanding. Mike Bushee is arrogant. Avoid CYC like COVID-19 unless you are interested in empty promises such as no monthly reports; sexism; failure to proactively handle snowy steps and stoops; threats to tie up the association in court; threats to usurp Board Members for non-profane vocabulary; failure to properly advise regarding insurance vs. court/attorneys for 18 months then blame the current Board for a 5 year problem; failure to respond to repeated questio

Where do I even begin….. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. CYC merged with our previous property management several months ago and ever since it has been a disaster. Several issues including: 1. Very late owner distributions 2. Poor communication and follow up. I have asked for call backs on several occasions and haven’t received one in over 2 weeks. 3. The staff at the office offer no solutions and even hung up on me. As a property owner I gave my trust to this company to take care of my hard earned property. Stay far far away CYC.

Very poor communication and not willing to provide a solution for their own flawed HOA parking set up. Ignored my phone call all day, finally put me on hold just to hang up. I call back and Todd answers with attitude and disrespect in his voice, I highly recommend avoiding these people at all costs.
