I would not recommend this company, poor customer service, does not return phone calls & very slow at processing paperwork. Completely incompetent when handling sale of a manufactured home. 1.5 yrs after the sale & paperwork is still incorrect & incomplete.

I contacted Paula Pregler at Langlade Abstract & Title Co for assistance with a title search mid-summer of this year. We spoke by phone and I described what I needed. Upon her request, I emailed her information relative to the property and was told she would get back to me. After not hearing back for over one month, I called back. As she was not in that day, I explained I had not heard back from her for some time. I was encouraged to leave a message and she would return my call. Two more weeks went by and nothing. I called again and she was again not in the office. Upon explaining I had not received a return call from my last message, I was told I could leave a message and that she has been extremely busy.
