Custom Design Renovations

The Custom Design Renovations team transformed our Gainesville home. We were moving from out-of-state and for the first many weeks, we worked together long distance as they tore up floors, ripped down walls, and re-imagined a fireplace. They were communicative and held to the timeline as promised. We were able to move into a home that felt like "ours" and had a sense the the CDR team cared about it as much as we did. Soon after moving in, we enlisted Dave and his team again to tackle a complete kitchen remodel. Once again, Dave and John were always in communication, on time, and respectful. Our experiences with both John and David at Custom Design Renovations have been wonderful! We use them at our small office here in Gainesville and they have done everything from replacing lighting to painting, pressure washing, removal of counters and patch work. We love that they are willing to do it all and they always give you a fair price for their work, plus they are very easy to schedule with and they always show up when they say they will be somewhere. I hired Custom Design Renovations to build a pool screen enclosure. They completed the job and took payment for the job but never got any inspections and did not build the screen enclosure to code. The permit is now expired, and they will not answer or return any of my phone calls. Beyond unprofessional. I would urge anyone considering using this company to stay as far away as possible and go with a legitimate company.

John Jones and his team have done work on two homes for us now. Having a licensed and insured professional doing work makes a difference. He helped us get our full asking price on our first house and make our second house a home. Highly recommend their services.

This company is top quality. They completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen and master bath and made sure that everything was up to code. They also took out another shower and put in a nw one. The workers were all hard working and knew what they were doing. Any questions or minor problems, I just called John-- the foreman and he'd come right over and get things taken care of. We'll definitely use this company again!
