Like many others who have left reviews, I had an extremely disappointing and genuinely unsettling experience with the security personnel at 800 Corporate Drive. The guard spoke in an incomprehensible mishmash of broken English laced with what sounded like Haitian Creole, delivered with overt sarcasm and palpable disdain. This was not a simple language barrier—it was deliberate condescension wrapped in hostility. Visitors who should be treated with basic professionalism were instead met with sneers, unnecessary interrogation, and behavior that can only be described as contemptuous. During my visit to a law firm in the building managed by your company, I was subjected to treatment so demeaning that it felt almost performative. Profit before people. They have all these mottos that some PR firm came up with. I’m sure the executives laugh about them. When you pay your CEO almost 10 million a year but can’t replace or repair very old and malfunctioning appliances you should put your corporate greed aside and become human. There is a way to be profitable and efficient while properly maintaining your properties.

Rtw rentals is thee most horrible rental company through this. They don't repair anything that needs to be repaired. Maintenance takes for ever to come and when they do come they cannot fix the issue because "the building is a old building". Their are noisy tenants all day long.... Yelling and screaming. Mold, ants and termites. There also other tenants on the main floor that are going through the same thing. I complained about the termites early this year and last year. They still have not done anything. I wake up to these bugs as well as piles of their mess. It's disgusting. And they have the audacity to go up on rent. leasing manager has a nasty attitude does not try and help any of the tenants, they over talk you when you try and speak about your issue in your apt. It's HORRIBLE HORRIB

put in an application and was denied with one of their properties and im told i will be refunded my administration fee of $250 i call back that property and they tell me they are under new management and to call this company and i still haven’t received my refund that was supposed to be mailed to me its been a MONTH! no one will answer the phone these people are SCAMMERS!! RETURN MY CALL AND MY MONEY

Fraud took my administrative fee of $250 in October. Have been getting the run around just to call the apartment complex( 12/19/24) and they no longer own it. Been calling they office phone and no one answers. Beware!!!!
