Do not rent from this company. I originally rented the property in Pender Woods from an organized, helpful and professional organization that allowed me to manage the whole process remotely having moved from out of state. Cushman and Wakefield randomly bought them out with no notice and turned a well oiled machine into a nightmare. Zero records transfer, requesting we physically drop off rent checks at an inconvenient North Charleston location like it was 1975, with no payment portal until MONTHS after the transition. And all of the data was incorrectly transferred. It’s a quagmire of incorrect billing and records, no human support, and garbage homes with no neighborhood maintenance. DO NOT RENT HERE. Our AC has been out for 70+ days at this point in the hottest time of the year. We were given window units that aren’t enough the house still gets to 90 degrees!! We also have an 8 month old baby on the property who can’t even sleep in her own room bc it is WAY too hot. Gotta love paying this much and not even being able to use half of the house… just sure how these temperatures are legal especially for my poor baby

This company bought out some homes in moncks corner/Summerville area. They dont have a pay portal setup so they asked us to go back to snail mail sending our paper checks with no invoice and literally told our community to guess what our rent is. Then they said no ones checks got delivered so we should drive 35 minutes away to deliver a rent check. Im about to break lease and pay the fee, they obviously have zero fore sight or planning skills. Cushman and wakefield your failure to plan does not constitute my emergency, figure your life out or fail as a company please. Ive met 70 year old landlords that own 1 rental who know how to do business better than you.

Fix that ladies A/C you slumlords!
