I highly recommend Curtis for anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent in Cache Valley! He made the homebuying process so easy and stress free for my fiancé and I, especially as first-time home buyers. He went above and beyond to make sure proper negotiations were made, and even gave us great local contacts and tips for being homeowners. Curtis is a really down-to-earth guy and always has your best interest in mind.

I was always told buying a house is a huge decision and can get stressful and confusing, curtis took all of that away and made the whole experience easy smooth and just all around just more enjoyable, he answered every question, was very quick to let me know of any possible issues what to expect moving forward. Very nice and friendly, even just talking with him about things outside of the home buying experience. Curtis made buying my first home all that much more enjoyable, 10 out of 10.

Curtis helped us purchase our very first home and he did a PHENOMENAL job. We were new to the entire experience and Curtis was extremely patient, helpful, and informative. He kept great communication with us, walked us through every step, and answered all of our questions. He met us at homes on short notice, wrote up offer's for us in a timely matter (no matter the day or time), and gave us great advice. He was just as passionate about finding our perfect home as we were. We would not have scored our dream home in today's crazy market without him- no doubt about it.
