Well the reviews were right but I was giving the company the benefit of the doubt. Upon entering the office they request that you read the rules posted on the wall. Pay $20 ( via zelle) before filing out for the application. I paid but never received any leads for an apartment. I texted multiple times but the response is “ please call after 12pm”. Yes, I fell for the scam too. Save your $20 for a cup of coffee or a sandwich

My application was taken including the fee. Over the duration of one month, I got the following responses 1. No response 2. “We will call you back!” I was working with Laurence who promised a view of 2 apartments but then later on said that the landlords never called him back. He in turn never called me back either. Don’t waste your time people go somewhere else.

I've knew Mr Curtis for a couple of years now, And I must say he takes his time and dedication in helping you find a place 😀 And Today I just received my keys to my new Apartment from Mr Curtis TGBATG GRATEFUL AND HAPPY for Chance Realty 😀 PS I did recommend few people and He also help them out as Well 🙌

I was highly recommended by a Friend that Mr Chance is a manager of their Bldg. On Rutland Rd. Brooklyn NY. He is excellent in showing and taking you to various listings in good neighborhood and high grade Bldg. My husband’s friend rental was a success. We would use Chance Realtor again and recommend others. Professional and Courteous business practice.

Hm, so one of the brokers called me Thursday, and very nicely gave me information about coming into the office and filling out a $10 application for a studio apartment. I show up, and as I'm filling out the application, coincidentally (Curtis) is on the phone, and says out loud to Amber "oh they just sold it!" ... she responds "Aw they did?!". But, I continued filling out the application. I bring it to the front counter to let her know I was finished, and she proceeds to tell me that she had some "bad news"; the studio apartment I was going for has been taken off of the market. She tells me that I can still pay for the application fee and they keep my application on file for 6 months, and that I'd be the first to know when something came up in my price range.
