I need to explain how grateful we are in with company so their made a big different in my comdo. Since the moment that it got the management all change to good. Gardens, screens, lighting, painting and the Most important the decrease the prices "awesome ". Easy payment, easy communication, a nice environment. All is great right now. The better place and safe place like comdo when do you can rent. A 100% recommend this place. Maria at the office is so helpful all the time so my firts time with her I was complaining about many things that the last company doesn't respond and very calm she said now is a new life and now I have to say to everyone one it is. I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I’ve had with current property mgt. Dave Huprich is an awesome manager. He is very easy to work with, attentive, kind and responds quickly even during hours he doesn’t have to. He solves any issue my husband and I Have same day or following. All in all he is wonderful and we love working with him!! 10/10 would recommend him and the company!!!

He always responds quickly, resolves any issues we ever have and makes sure our home is a nice place for us to live. There has never been any issues he hasn’t solved for us. He is truly a great Person to rent from. Would recommend him and current property to people I know.
