My realtor was John. I was moving from another state. I had connected with him though a contact. At first, I explained my needs. It felt like he understood, when I visited Balt it was a bunch of 2 star apartments and apartments that were not great. When I asked to keep looking, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. In the end, I didn't want to be a bother I picked on of the apartments he toured with me and told me they have changed and that he communicated with them etc. In the end I ended in a roach infested apartment, with no ac. Had fo get the courts involved found another apartment within my budget that is way way way better. If your budget is less than 1500 I wouldn't expect top tier treatment, and keep your annoyance to the minimum. But the first two interactions were good.

My family recently sold our house and purchased another within a few months. We worked with Audrey Bullock and her team during this transition. Audrey explained everything thoroughly and guided us through the process. Things were streamlined (even in her absence) and she was very personable. I would recommend.

Derek Blazer is the man. Best real estate agent in MD hands down! Made my process super fast and easy. Was on top of everything for me as this was my first house. Kept me on track and the eyes on the prize despite the crazy times we are in. Super appreciative of his services and if you don’t use Derek, your missing out!

The agent was not friendly, but was straightforward about the information for the apartment. The apartment itself was lacking. The stove and refrigerator need replacing. A dirty oven, burner missing and the seal on the refrigerator was not on, rather it fell off and dragged on the floor when the door opened. The apartment was clean and painted, no sign of pests.

I've recently made the decision to get back into residential real estate as I decided that I was not just yet ready to retire. As someone who has been in the business for almost 20 years and associated with 3 other large brokerages in the area, I chose to return to Cummings & Co because I found that the agents are among the most experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and caring agents that I've ever had the pleasure of working with!
