Culpeper Farms Apartments

Did I get to see the apartment before I moved in. When I did see it, the movers asked me. Are you sure this is the right apartment? I said the key fits. They said this apartment doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned. Spots on the carpet dated everything. My only good experience for the maintenance guys. They were amazing and had to be. Roof leaks the most dangerous place I’ve ever lived in the winter time. Almost never salted properly I fell and really hurt myself. I have pictures. They want big money upfront. But when you leave, they tell you, it will take 45 to 60 days to get your deposit back. I had to have it for them the day I moved in. Then another tenant tells me you really think you’re gonna get your deposit Back. That’s how they do it. Nobody hardly ever gets their deposit back. The

I lived at Culpeper Farms for three years, and I had a great experience. The units are older but well maintained. Maintenance was usually completed the same day that I sent a request. I was also very impressed that the few times I had an emergency issue on the weekend, someone was there taking care of it within 20 minutes. It's a super quiet, chill place to live, and I'm going to miss spending my summers at the amazing pool. The only reason I'm leaving is because I wanted something more modern. If Culpeper Farms had some newer/updated units, I would have stayed in heartbeat.

Wonderful apartments and good place to stay .jennifer is very friendly ....you have issue in home they will sort it immediately..rent is reasonable for 1 bed 1 bath ...shops like Costco ,Kroger and Indian stores are near by walkable distances ...I will recommend this apartment to my friends... I am sharing beautiful memories in this apartment 🏡

Stayed here 2.5 years and was a great experience for my first apartment. Very responsive maintenance team and front office, as well as a very peaceful community!
