Cullen has completed three projects for us over the past three years, including building our home from the ground up. They’ve been a true pleasure to work with every time. They are honest, very easy to work with, and genuinely make these projects stress free for our family. Most recently, Jack and his team finished our basement and their work has once again exceeded our expectations. You hear it all the time - a renovation gone wrong, a bitter battle between homeowner and contractor that ends up in court. Contemplating my home renovation I wanted to avoid that at all costs. So I asked my architect who they wanted to work with, and Cullen was top of the list. In all of my dealings with Cullen, from our first conversation two years ago to walking into my completed house in June, I had a great experience. The Cullen team is dedicated to working collaboratively and delivering results. They found excellent subs who worked hard to give me what I asked for. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Cullen Construction is synonymous with quality. I have been a satisfied client for more than a decade but my most recent experience -- a complete primary bath renovation and a new laundry room -- exceeded my already high expectations. The entire project was seamless from start to finish, with unwavering attention to detail and service. Cullen Construction did an outstanding job on our project. A seemingly minor project was full of a number of design details and nuances. The roof presented a number of challenges with the use of Ludowici tile roofing, a roof line that connected two building, extensive copper flashing, the installation of a custom cupola and weather vane and also the installation of custom ridge cap tiles. Other details included custom copper gutters and downspouts, lightening arresters, custom made fencing and hardware, and flare siding. Cullen’s wood shop also made custom manufactured screening and built a screen door while repurposing the original hardware. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We had a small project that made a huge impact on our new house. Cullen agreed to help and did an outstanding job from start to finish. Brad and Zach were a pleasure to work with.
