Cub Hill Apartments

This is hands-down, the most proactive management of an apartment complex that I’ve ever seen. The Leasing office is located at the Springhill complex nearby. We moved in about a month ago, and there were small things we had to put in a work order for they got handled within 48 hours. The Two bedroom is affordable and exactly what we needed. Every issue or question that I had was answered and or addressed. Miss Moana Helped us with a lot of the paperwork itself and has been fabulous. Sabrina, the manager of the complex, is very very kind and an amazing leader based on the quickness of getting things done. I really don’t understand the negative or low star reviews for Cub Hill. We have been here for a few months now and we have absolutely zero complaints or negative experiences. (knock on wood 😅) We love that the neighbors keep to themselves, parking in the lot isn’t never an issue, and the complex is very clean and quiet. We have had maintenance here twice so far, for shower and AC issues, and they knew exactly what they were doing each time, and fixed the issues same day; which is very difficult to find these days in apartment complexes. Let me state that I had already posted a positive review of this complex and have since very much changed my mind. Where do I begin? From car break-ins, package thieves, tenants selling drugs out of their apartment, pitbull pets that are against the lease, to the police department being here at least once a week. This used to be a very quiet and reserved community. Now the police are here on a weekly basis for the same tenants, from Domestic Violence, outstanding criminal warrants, to noise complaints. Tenants have pitbulls and coincidentally, all of them live in building #4. There are 2 in one unit and 1 in another. There are tenants who are selling illegal drugs out of their apartment as well, sitting in their cars to make sales, along with walking to and from the neighboring apartme

**Update** So, the field mouse and rat issue has been resolved, two nights ago I was visited by a roach, full context, I have never had this issue living here until two night ago, I called Emergency Services and have yet to have my work order completed, I also noted I have the unwelcomed visitor in a jar should they need to see it. Between the rats and field mice that frequent (think hot spot food vibes) the dumpster in the warmer months, to maintenance that does not understand why they should have/wear booties when entering people's homes, to the laundry center that have washers (down to one) that smell like mildew, again a call to the leasing office, as well had a leaking ceiling where the stain is still visible (painted over), bright side, no longer leaking.
