Crystal Springs Apartments

Good morning, thought to share some good news today. I have went to Crystal springs a couple of times in the past & future as well. I'm considering possibly wanting to reside there. The several times I have went to the rental office everyone was so friendly & welcoming! The staff that work at the office are all very nice & friendly! The environment was very clean and there was refreshments available I noticed. I looked at a couple of different units & walked around the areas a few times. I am pleased to say I look forward to being apart of the community hopefully in due time! 🙌🏿🤗Special thx to Kiana.R. She was very patient, kind and professional helping me out! Your a wonderful person.

Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Michael responds promptly and professionally. He quickly identifies the problem and ensures it is resolved thoroughly and efficiently. His reliability and attention to detail consistently give me peace of mind, knowing the issue will be properly taken care of.

I have lived at Crystal Springs for three years, and my experience has been excellent. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive; whenever something breaks, they come to repair it immediately. The complex is very safe, and the grounds are kept clean. I appreciate that management ensures the trash is collected regularly and strictly enforces rules for pet owners to clean up after their dogs. Additionally, they provide proactive pest control for roaches and rodents, which keeps the apartments in great condition. I highly recommend their services."

Since 2022, living at Crystal Springs Apartments has been a great experience! From the property manager to the staff and even the residents, everyone contributes to making this a welcoming, safe, and friendly community. The amenities are excellent, featuring a huge swimming pool, good nighttime lighting, and a very pet-friendly atmosphere. Whenever I’ve had apartment issues, the team was quick and ready to support, making the whole process stress-free. I also feel like I got a solid deal on my 2BR/2BA unit, which is spacious and comfortable. The overall vibe here is just positive and relaxed. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I definitely recommend checking out Crystal Springs Apartments.

This property is the absolute worst. Horrible customer service.... they pick and choose who they assist and when they assist them,, they screen calls and don't reply to emails.... and let's not speak on the rampant amount of rodents any given day you can find dead RATS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE street and in grass areas where children play. The hallways of the buildings are filthy at all times and smell terrible.... the apartments aren't cleaned before you move in them an be prepared to be welcomed by the roaches and mice that possess the unit....
