I’ve had a great experience working with Ever, my property manager. Communication has been clear and timely, and they’ve been professional and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. I also want to give a big shoutout to X from maintenance. He’s been reliable, respectful, and efficient every time he’s come out. Repairs are handled quickly and done right, which brings a lot of peace of mind as a tenant. Overall, I appreciate the level of care and professionalism from both management and maintenance. Highly recommend.

I toured several apartments on Ramsey Street, and this should have been my first stop instead of my last. Telia was wonderful!!!! she explained the fees and move-in process clearly and made everything easy to understand. I’m so excited to submit my application and hopefully move in before the holidays!

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my recent experience with management. While I commend Ashley for her excellent service, my overall experience has not met my expectations. I have documentation, including photographs, to substantiate my claims. I experienced a significant delay of over two weeks waiting for my unit to be prepared. Upon moving in, I found the unit in an unsatisfactory condition, which included cleanliness issues and several critical concerns such as fire hazards, a malfunctioning refrigerator that emits an unpleasant odor, and damaged weather strips. Furthermore, despite multiple requests, the baseboards have not been replaced as initially promised. I had accepted this unit with the understanding that the baseboards would be addressed, as repa
