Crystal Falls Apartments

What can I say, this was truly a home. I loved my time here (4 years) and the ladies in the front office are AWESOME! They have set such a high standard for anywhere else I lease. The only reason I moved was because I needed to be in a new area, but if I could have packed the complex up and relocated it I would have. No pests, no noisy neighbors, no issue with parking whatsoever. Audria & Elly are amazing.

I am a new resident here, but I am so happy we chose Crystal Falls for our home. Audrea did a fantastic job showing and explaining us everything when we toured. Out of all the places we visited, she was the only person who assured us how they take good care of their residents and community. After moving in, she has been very helpful and transparent. Maintenance guy is friendly and fixes any issue promptly. Room is in a great condition, everything is working and clean. I love the patio with nice view. Neighbors are quiet, friendly and respectful. The community comes with a beautiful pond with turtles, a pool and spa, and gym 24/7. All the amenities are well maintained. I love different kinds of trees and small animals in the community. I lived at this place for years and I enjoyed all my time here. Audria and Elly are both very welcoming and always treated me and my guests with respect. The team is quick to communicate any important information and the maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The area is quiet and peaceful and I did not have any issues. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to live!

I applied for 1 bed apartment cuz I rented a house but they denied my application because I'm s Spanic if you are a Spanic you're not welcome for this property

I should have written this a long time ago, but time flies! I cannot say enough great things about the management and maintenance team at Crystal Falls. The residents are all kind and considerate of one another, and the events the office hosts for residents are always fun. This was a quiet place to live and I enjoyed my time here. Audria and Elly really take care of the residents and all maintenance requests were always taken care of quickly, often the same day. Loved living here and would recommend.
