Crystal Chase Apartments

I've been living here 6 1/2 years. Very spacious apartments and more importantly a quiet and safe community. Very kid friendly and a big common area for them to play. Our maintenance guy Warren is quick on an issue if you ever need him and Julie the property mgr always has a smile and a wave and answers if you have a question. The only thing I would love to change is if we could do our own flower planting in front of our apartments on the lower level. :)

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Crystal Chase and KEV property Management post available apartments but yet they don’t answer the phone they don’t return calls they don’t respond to emails or inquiries. My daughter, who just graduated had to move for her job. After repeatedly trying in inquire about the openings she filled out the online application. They took her $50 application fee immediately. It’s now been more than 5 weeks and no acknowledgment at all! It’s very sad when an income based property rental steals money from young kids just looking for a decent place to live!

I loved my apartment, nice size rooms property very clean in general. Apartment manager as well as maintenance staff were both very professional and helpful if I had questions or problems they were on top of it. Would rent here again upon my need to do so.

I've lived at Crystal Chase Apts for 13 years. The apartment is very nice and roomy.I love it here. The neighborhood has very nice people and the staff is very easy to talk to. I will probably live here for a very long time

We been living here almost two years and the service from the landlord and maintenance is been really good to Us. and the property is always clean which is nice because my kids like to play outside.
