She listened to what we wanted in our new home and showed us homes that fit our requirements. Kim answered all our questions about the area and the market, even questions we did not know to ask. She was proactive and responsive throughout the entire home buying process, assisting with inspections, recommending roofers and monitoring all aspects of closing. When the closing day arrived and the sellers were still in the property, Kim contacted the seller’s agent, arranged for a moving truck, storage unit and movers – all to make sure the home would be empty so we could close later that same day. We found a realtor through a friend. She happened to be at crye-leike. She was very nice and fun. We looked at about 20 houses in a couple weeks. She showed us everything right that was close to what we needed. We finally found what we we looking for and are really enjoying it now. She said the process and transition easy and pain free. The other people at her office we very nice and friendly.

I would not use these people. Midtown is better in bentonville. I am sure this place is ok but there are better around. Buyer beware
