I own a condo in a community that they manage. They do a good job for the most part. With any company there are certain things to be improved upon but everyone who I have spoke with as been helpful and nice. Edit: They have implemented a portal for HOA payments and work requests which has been great!
Do yourself a favor Who works in the same industry just don't stay away. What I dealt with looking into renting apartment no one should have to deal with the rudeness and unprofessionalism I experienced.
Good company to work with. Have been working with them for over 19 years.
