Croydon Station Apartments

I had the displeasure of staying at Croydon Station apartments from 2024 - 2025. The common areas are horribly unkept. For example, the hallways and laundry areas were dirty. I think this is more to do with the age of the place than with the upkeep. In addition, the apartments have poor insulation and get easily hot during the summer and cold during the winter. Although the rent was cheap, you do pay for what you get. They were also very late with the return of the security deposit. I moved out February 2025 and did not get my security deposit until November 2025 until I threatened legal action. This place could be very promising. I would not recommend living here.

I called to schedule an apartment tour and nobody answered. I left a voicemail and a man got back to me but he was very rude. He kept huffing and puffing on the phone. Terrible customer service. I ended up booking an apartment tour because I really wanted to see this place and he told me to call the day of at 12pm to confirm. I called the day of at 11:50am and nobody answered so I left a voicemail. When I arrived to the property, the office was closed. I called again and a different man (much nicer) picked up the phone and stated that nobody was on the property so we couldn’t do a tour. That was just very irresponsible and if you know nobody will be on the property, why follow through with scheduling the tour?

The leasing agent Sophia is very helpful & simplified the process for me. Took care of the requirements as if it were for herself. The apartments are decent for the price & location. Pros: quiet neighborhood & opp to Croydon station. Haven't faced any issues yet to mention!

I paid the application fee and NOBODY got back to me, I had to call and a guy named Carlos answered the phone and told me the office was moving to another location. Still haven’t heard anything. Today I called and Carlos answered again, and told me to text him so that he could reach out to the office. How you take the payment and not process the application?!? Make that make sense!

So they let people live here who like to put hands on little kids n hide toys in their pants. It is all on video. I have proof of it! Watch your kids closely.
