Property managers were very knowledgeable. Adrian L was extremely helpful in providing guidance regarding annual operational budget and planning for capital expenses to Trustees. A more robust in house maintenance component would be helpful to offer condo complexes that are older.

We have worked with Crowninshield for a number of years, they are very professional to work with and they definitely have the best interest of the condominium associations in mind at all times. The coordination with each job for us and the Associations has been very easy for us to work with. We look forward to working with you all more in the coming future.

I have lived in a Crowninshield managed property for over 13 years now and can honestly say I wouldn't rent anywhere else. The staff is kind and caring and fully understands that this is our home. Lisa and her team go above and beyond to strive to make this a warm and inviting place to live. The location I am in is near the heart of the city but the outside feels park like and our building is always clean and maintained. The staff continues to make upgrades and changes to accommodate the changing neighborhood. I truly love living here and would not move unless I bought a house!
