Crowne at 501

I am pretty baffled by the low rated reviews because my experience living here was a positive one. I really enjoyed my apartment! It was quiet, never had an issues with excessive noise or loud neighbors. I loved having a parking garage. I travel a lot for work and there were times I left my car for up to 30 days unattended and never had any issues with break-ins/thefts. I will say, the gate to the garage was broken a hand full of times, but the building always managed to fix it. Theres a roof top pool and a gym (a bit on the small side) but the equipment was new. The maintaince team was responsive and addressed any issues same or next day. I didn't choose to renew my lease bc I moved out of state, but I would live there again in a heartbeat. I have been living here since June 2025 and i already renewed for another 14 months. i got my cousins to move in as well all thanks to Arieanna!!! She made my move in process sooo quick and easy and was very willing to help with all my questions. If you are considering moving out definitely check out the crowne at 501. Location is great, Pricing is unbelievably affordable for something so modern and the roof top pool says it all!!

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Hands down. After living here for a year, I just renewed my lease for another 12+ months and fully intend to renew again in the future. First, The leasing office staff is AMAZING. They are so kind and anytime I go to the leasing office, I am greeted with smiles and warmth. I don’t know what these other reviews are talking about. I’m a good tenant, pay my rent on time, follow the rules, and am respectful and I have never been treated with anything but respect in return. Morgan, Ari, and Cassidy are fantastic. Second, the maintenance staff is absolutely, without a doubt, the best maintenance staff I have ever dealt with. They are responsive, quick, and considerate. Anytime I pass them in the halls they are so nice and just plain joy

I’ve been meaning to leave a review since I moved out over the summer. I had a lot of the same issues as other tenants including the noise issue. I complained on multiple occasions about being awaken out of my sleep due to noise from upstairs neighbors and got repeated condescending responses saying it’s a part of apartment living. They also said I had no “proof.” So finally, with no other option, I do what any other person would do and I tap a broom on the ceiling to notify them when they’re being loud. They were being petty and reported me, to which the office happily sent me the complaint despite it making no sense for me, a bottom floor tenant, to be disturbing upper floor neighbors. I wonder if they asked them for proof. Since it was a short two or three taps, it’s impossible for it

I have loved living here! Everything is always clean, maintenance is always extremely responsive (there within a day or two maximum. Shoutout Brendan you're the best <3), and the location is very convenient near the bus stops. I'm going to be sad to move out someday. Gym is super nice, leasing office staff is the best, and the pool is great too. Old reviews mention blind spots in the parking garage, but there are like 8 bubble mirrors on each level and I've never had an issue.
