Crown Win River Apartments

Gisella is doing an amazing job as our new groundskeeper! She cleaned up the cobwebs around our door (finally no more flies and mosquitos!), and she’s always super friendly. No one’s ever done that kind of detail work before — really appreciate her going the extra mile!💐

We have been here since April and I know that isn’t a long time but I will write another review once we move ! but anyways we LOVE IT HERE. We have 2 kiddos and it’s so safe and sound here, neighbors are pretty good, maintenance man Shaun is great, comes whenever he can and gets the job done! Mariah and Morgan are great as well! Pool is nice! Haven’t been the gym but I’m sure it’s also great! When we moved into the apartment with spanking brand new, even though the people before us had just moved out, the apartment was ready and looked amazing ! They keep the grounds nice and clean and haven’t had any issues with the gate at all, there’s lots of dogs here but the neighbors do pretty good with no poop being on the property which I had issues with that at my last apartment so that’s great. 1

This review is difficult to write because some aspects of living here were worth 5 stars and some were worth 1 star. I’ll start with the good: I really liked my apartment. It was comfortable and updated. I travel a lot but always enjoyed being home. The gates always worked, which I can’t say about other gated communities I’ve lived in. Maintenance handled all my work orders quickly and efficiently. Nancy, the manager, was easy to get in touch with when needed and I felt like she worked to do what she could to solve problems. Now the bad: Communication. The majority of emails I sent had to be resent because I didn’t get a response. This includes the email I sent to get the application after I took a tour. What I love the most of living at CWN is to start with, the security system we have, it make me feel really safe. Also when family has come to visit, they tell me that they feel comfortable when they get here, a lot of good vibes thru the buildings and it's easy to breath around the buildings. Also that if I ever had a maintenance issues they fix it in less than 32hr which is great! Also the apartment it's a beautiful apartment, it's the perfect size to live in here! It's really big enough for most of the stuffs and the great part about living in the top floor is that stairs are not an issue anymore, most of the apartment they don't have an elevator but this one does and also have a cart that helps you carry heavy stuff like groceries and so on to your apartment. Great environment 10/10.

I love the property, it feels very safe for my daughter and I. My neighbors are all friendly and the management seems incredibly accommodating. Thankful for Mariah especially, she has always been super sweet and welcoming. Prices are difficult to beat for the luxury feel. I definitely recommend anyone I know looking for a place to come live here!
