Crown Square Apartments

Lived here for almost 4 years and love it here! Only giving 4 stars because of a few issues. The units and the appliances are somewhat outdated, but for the price it's fair. Parking is a struggle at times. Otherwise, maintenance and management are friendly and helpful. We rarely have issues with noise. It's overall a very quiet and calm neighborhood!

Lived there for 3 years and was a fantastic place to live. Rent was affordable and easy to pay online (I logged on and paid monthly so I knew there was no glitch). We never had an issue with bugs besides wasps outside which I dealt with my self. Any other maintenance issue was either solved pretty quick or I did it myself. Parking was difficult sometimes since no assigned parking but always managed to find a spot. Highlye recommend requesting your own washer dryer set up, since units to come with it. It might look a little odd but def worth doing. Truly wish I could break my lease now just to move back there.

Do not live here! Most the people that live here have dogs that bark constantly, loud music or cars at night, most people with pets don't pay the pet deposit, there is always trash in the "back yard" areas, they have both a bed bug and roach infestation problem that they can't get under control and they will accuse you of the infestation and try to charge you a ridiculous cost to attempt to spray for the bugs (but spraying honestly will not kill and entire complex full of bugs). They are aware of the infestation as they will regularly change the filter for your AC unit without telling you why...it is because they are monitoring the spread of the bed bugs. Even if this is your last option, no. Management is below subpar. Horrible communication. Overall, it sucks. Maintenance does not get done in a timely manner or there is always an issue with work being completed properly. Moved out due to bugs and mice infestation that they did nothing about.. Received a bill from a collection agency 6! months after I moved out and cannot even contact anyone to see what it’s for! Dorinda should be fired if she hasn’t been already.

They’re good apartments. Anytime you call maintenance they come immediately. The apartments are old so malfunctions are normal. I love my apartment.
