Crown Pointe Apartments

I have been renting a studio apartment here since October of 2023. The neighbors are friendly (though I admit to being a bit of a homebody myself) and the facilities are always clean. The location is very convenient for travel by bus (on the PVTA 45) and car, as well as access to local businesses and the grocery store. Cynthia is very helpful in dealing promptly with maintenance issues via the online tenant portal, which makes it very easy to schedule maintenance. There is also plenty of parking. I recommend this place to all of my fellow grad students at UMass!

I have lived in this hidden gem for almost one year. My experience at Crown Pointe Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding management led by Cynthia. Situated conveniently near routes 9 & 202, it is in an ideal location for those associated with the five colleges in the area. The apartments offer everything you need: newer appliances, new carpet, updated cabinetry, modern bathrooms and A/C. The common areas are immaculate, with lovely landscaping, state-of-the-art laundry facilities, and plenty of parking space. The neighbors are quiet but very friendly. Crown Pointe stands out for its commitment to quality and tenant satisfaction, making it a great place to call home.

There are a bunch of places within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside. The complex is clean and well maintained. Cynthia, the property manager has been so helpful, friendly and on the ball! She’s incredibly competent and accommodating! She answered all my questions and helped me get in here in the timeframe I needed.

A great place to live. Cynthia the property manager is quick to communicate with new tenants and is always reachable. Even though I could not tour the place in person, the virtual tour on the website was very helpful, and showed everything I needed to know. The location is perfectly close to bus routes, Stop & Shop, Dunkin Donuts, and more. Would recommend to anyone who is interested!
