Crown Park by Broadmoor

I've had such a great experience living here for the last couple of years! The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything you may need! (special shout out to Brenda, Emily, and Jason!) The property features a safe and welcoming community, and is well taken care of. I could not ask for a better community for my little family to live in, and I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Crown Park is well run, safe, relaxing and feels like a home with the attached garage. Brenda is the manager and has been wonderful to work with since day one. Always professional, fun to work with and takes care of business. Jason is a great person and handles maintenance. He is on the job and takes care of issues as quickly as supply chain issues allow. Residents are respectful and pleasant. Does not give you the apartment feel, but a home feel. My 1 bedroom was fully remodeled prior to my move in. Broadmoor is large but is personal like a small company. Residents are not just a number. Close to most anything one would need with everything within a walk or short drive.

Love the neighborhood feeling. Lots of great people, the residents and the staff. The Staff is amazing. Brenda makes sure all request are taken care of and she knows EVERYONE within the apartment...including the 4 legged residents. Jason is great as well on his timely service. Both are great and make sure you feel comfortable and safe within your home. Even though it is an apartment it feels more like a home. Quiet neighborhood plus quiet within the apartment, bulit well on keeping noise out.

Been here for a few months and it’s been great. The service is impeccable when I need something fixed or looked at. Emily made the leasing process smooth and simple!

Crown Park is a delightful community to live at! Maintenance is quick to address any concerns, and management goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are happy, safe, and welcomed home. Neighbors are very friendly and get to know one another. The grounds are kept clean and inviting. Nestled in the Westgate neighborhood, the atmosphere is quiet and serene, with a park, playground, large field, and elementary school all nearby within walking distance. There is a small gym onsite, and very pet-friendly with pet waste stations all around. Very happy here!
