I had a very positive experience with Crown Chase Apartments throughout the entire application and communication process. From the beginning, all communication was professional, prompt, and courteous. Hunter, the Assistant Manager, was especially helpful and knowledgeable. He was extremely responsive and well-versed in the details, protocols, and procedures of the property, and he navigated every question or situation with confidence and clarity. It was clear that he truly understands both the operational side of the company and the needs of prospective residents. Honestly, the staff here is the only redeeming quality. Hunter is very pleasant and the limited interaction we have had with maintenance has been good. This is where the positive feedback ends. We pay more in rent for the "gated community" when there hasn't been a single day in the year that we've lived here where both gates closed. My truck was broken into on one occasion, and another time while I was at work someone tried to push into our apartment while my wife was home alone. The windows barely stay in the frame when you open/close them, and they are so poorly insulated that we paid almost $300 in heating costs in January. The maintenance guys are great. Every issue that I've had, they've been very good at their resolve. There hasn't been very many issues requiring repairs. Mostly it's been preventive that could have caused problems or injuries. Thanks to the maintenance team for their time and efforts to provide safe space for us tenants

I’ve lived here since February in a third floor unit, and I’ve loved the vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans (although my bedroom one runs somewhat loud), the apartments a great size and the pool is pretty nice! I haven’t had much experience with maintenance, which I think is really a good thing because the units been in good shape. My two main drawbacks are the insulation- now that it is hot outside my air conditioner has to run constantly, all day to maintain temperature in my apartment. It isn’t a problem in winter, but in summer it seems hard to keep the apartment cool (and a first or second floor would be better with this, but I don’t like hearing foot traffic above me). My second complaint is the parking, if you come home anywhere outside the typical 9-5 timeframe you are likely going

Personally I’ve rarely had issues, and I’ve never had one that hasn’t been responded to immediately. Crown Chase is a great community. Neighbours are friendly but also respectful. Great quiet place to call home. I’ve been here for 2 years and was happy to extend. The management staff are always happy to help with any questions, as well as being friendly/personable while maintaining a professional attitude when interacting with residents and applicants alike. Would recommend crown chase to anyone looking for a place to call home.
