Croton Heights at Park Vista

It used to be a nice clean place years back now it is horrible infested with mice and roaches the building doesnt get regular maintenance very dirty it smells like garbage do to the garbage always being backed up hallway ventilation is broke severely under staffed work orders almost never get fulfilled the front door and back door is broken anyone can just walk in anyone can park in the parking lot towing is not enforced i stay sick do to mold and mildew in my apartment dont move here it is not worth it.
