Brought concerns to the office staff and they were taken care of right away. Was worried about being in an apartment with the snow, but Travis is constantly out clearing pathways and making the property look beautiful. Michelle is always trying to engage the residents with her fun events. My family is looking forward to the pool. This place is a hidden gem.

Great place for a first apartment. Very affordable. Management and maintenance are easy to work with and understanding. Parking is a little annoying if you don't have a garage. Hallways smell like weird food sometimes but it's not a big problem for me because it never travels into my apartment. Laundry room is good just wish they upgraded to better machines and have a better way to deposit money on the cards. Overall, it's a very comfy place and family/student oriented.

What is most important to me is the outstanding customer service. Brianna was so patient and kind! She really understood me and and showed it with her actions. I can’t thank her enough! You don’t always find people who care about what they do and show it! As for the apartment, it is perfect for a first time renter or a couple just wanting to downsize and not worry about mowing or shoveling. The apartment is bright and set up in a cohesive manner. It is a quiet and comfortable space. I always felt that it was a safe and a well run complex. The pool and outside area is beautiful and so nice to have those amenities available to use. I have been here for a little over a month and I am pretty satisfied so far. The smell in some of the hallways is overwhelming sometimes and my apartment still smells a little like curry from the previous residents. The location is really nice though. The walls are relatively thin though, so keep that in mind if privacy and quietness is something you are looking for. The kitchen is also really small and there isn't a lot of counter space if you have basic kitchen appliances like a microwave, toaster, and a Keurig.
