From the day that I called and spoke with Tori (my Leasing Consultant), the entire process was easy. She made sure to keep me informed about the exact apartment that I reserved. I can't give Tori praise without mentioning Bronte (Asst. Property Mgr.) because they both assisted me several times after moving in and were great. They really listen to your "wants/don't want" and try to place you where they feel your desires will be met because I had to switch my reserved apartment during the process based on some of my desires. My Son and I toured the complex yesterday. He is planning on renting in the May timeframe. after he graduates college. We met with Ms. Kathryn Sweere (Leasing Consultant). She went over policies, procedures, processes and gave a very thorough and complete tour. She also discussed the periodic morale events that Crossroads hosts. Ms. Sweere was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about the property and nearby region. She took the time and did not treat us like a number. The property itself is in a nice secluded location and is of new construction and is well built. It is very quiet and clean. Its pricing is similar to places of much lower quality. It's a very safe place to live; the maintenance staff is always available to help with anything, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is located in a good area, and all the shops are very close by. It's a very nice, quiet, and safe place for your pets. They also organize events so we can get to know each other and share as a close-knit community

Crossroads Station is a beautiful place and I love it. I have been apartment hunting for a few months now to find the best suitable spot for my son and I. Safety is a priority for me and especially for my son. I chose this one over the other communities I looked at and I am beyond grateful.
