Crosspointe Apartments

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I've lived here for years with nothing but issues. I've tried moving multiple times and it has fallen through so I've had to stay. Inspections almost every other week, horrible management and awful personal skills. The managers change almost every couple of months so every time you go and talk to someone it's different. Today the regional manager, Felicia, was extremely unprofessional and abrasive. I've already contacted lawyers about it and we will see what happens. Telling people they can't have a dirty apartment when they just got home from a trip is crazy. Also it is a recreational marijuana state, to tell me I can't have it in my apartment is crazy. I’ve stayed at Crosspointe Apartments for just under twelve months. The first time the apartment flooded the entire floor had a layer of water and it was flowing out the door, all the carpets needed to be torn out and replaced and a new pipe needed to be routed through the ceiling of the apartment. They put my bed in the living room so that it was technically livable, but I stayed with family for a couple of days due to the noise of the fans that needed to run to dry out the subfloor where the new carpets would be placed. When the new pipe was put in and the dry wall was put back up the paint job was less than stellar, the wrong color of paint was used in some places and overall the paint job was spotty. If I could give a negative star I would give -100 stars. Lived there for nearly 4 years , had over 8 different property managers, but the worst part was them sending me to collections before my due date was due for repayment plans on repairs. I would stay as far away from this property or and Goodale and Barbieri properties as a matter of fact. The manager Lexy was by far the worst manager to ever deal with in my 10 years of renting and she doesn’t follow fair housing laws at all.

Expect a cheap and somewhat cozy apartment. If something breaks or has an issue you can either fix it yourself or give it a month. Some managers are okay/good and others don’t manage, it seems to change every year or two. Don’t trust the laundromat as the washers are very small and don’t get fixed. Only half the washers have worked consistently for the last 3 months. On the bright side the community is friendly and the aesthetics are better than other “this is all I can afford” apartments.

Renting apartments used to be great until managers kept switching, changing rules and charging everyone for "bedbugs" even though almost every apartment had them. They wouldn't renew my father's lease, even though he had lived there for nearly 10+ years with a great standing payment month to month. A few other people there got the same treatment that I know of. Would not suggest these apartments unless you want a handful of problems.
